SOLO Soccer – Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 2025
By registering for or participating in any SOLO Soccer programs, events, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Registration & Payment
All registrations must be completed through our official registration system. Payment is required in full at the time of registration. Participation is not confirmed until payment is received. SOLO Soccer reserves the right to deny entry to any event or program without completed payment.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. SOLO Soccer does not offer refunds for camps, training sessions, or events. In cases of injury or verified extenuating circumstances, a credit may be issued at our discretion for future use. Requests for credit must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the missed session.
3. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other players. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in sports involves physical activity and inherent risk. By registering, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation. SOLO Soccer, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during participation.
5. Media Release
By participating, you grant SOLO Soccer permission to use photos and videos captured during events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.
6. SOLO Score & Leaderboard
Participation in training sessions and events may involve collection and display of your SOLO Score (S.O.L.O.S.) on public leaderboards. By enrolling, you consent to the display of your first name, age group, and performance scores.
7. Cancellations & Weather Policy
Events may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. SOLO Soccer will notify participants as soon as possible and provide alternative dates or applicable credits. Refunds will not be issued.
8. Program Changes
SOLO Soccer reserves the right to modify training formats, schedules, coaches, or venues as needed to ensure quality and safety.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during registration is used solely for program administration, communication, and internal evaluation. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
