Cancellation Policy

TEAM SOLO TERMS OF SERVICE & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT Effective Date: [Insert Date] Operated by: SOLO Soccer / Dot Win LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) By registering for or participating in any Team SOLO activity, including but not limited to the Team SOLO Beach Soccer Camp and/or participation in the Beach Blitz Tournament in Galveston, Texas (collectively, the “Program”), you (“Participant” or “Parent/Guardian” if Participant is under 18) agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. NO REFUNDS POLICY All sales are final. Once payment is made, there are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: Scheduling conflicts Illness, injury, or personal emergencies Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling Participant removal due to behavioral or disciplinary reasons Failure to attend camp or tournament In the event of a full event cancellation initiated by the Company, participants may be offered a credit toward a future Team SOLO program at the Company’s discretion. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 2. INDEPENDENT PROGRAM DISCLAIMER Team SOLO and Dot Win LLC are independent organizers of the Team SOLO Beach Soccer Camp and related activities. We are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by the Beach Blitz Tournament or Soccer Resort, their affiliates, sponsors, or partners. Participation in the Beach Blitz Tournament is arranged solely as an opportunity for Team SOLO players to compete together. All tournament organization, scheduling, and rule enforcement are handled entirely by Soccer Resort, an independent third party. 3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK By participating in this Program, the Participant and Parent/Guardian understand and acknowledge that soccer and related activities involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: Injury, illness, or death Dehydration, sun exposure, heat-related conditions Collisions, falls, or contact with other players Transportation-related risks to and from the venue Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation, whether arising from the negligence of the Company, staff, volunteers, or others. 4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT In consideration for participation in the Program, Participant (and Parent/Guardian, if applicable) hereby fully and forever releases, discharges, and holds harmless SOLO Soccer, Dot Win LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliate
