Cancellation Policy

SOLO Soccer Booking & Training Policy Applies to all programs operated by SOLO Soccer & The DOT WIN Foundation By purchasing a pass or ticket, you agree to the terms below: 1. Liability Release: Participation involves physical activity with inherent risk. You voluntarily release and hold harmless SOLO Soccer, Coach Skylar, The DOT WIN Foundation, and all affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or losses arising from participation in any SOLO Soccer program. 2. Medical Consent: In the event of an emergency, you authorize SOLO staff to obtain medical care for your child and accept financial responsibility for any resulting treatment. 3. Media Release: You grant SOLO Soccer and The DOT WIN Foundation the right to photograph, video, or record participants for use in promotional and commercial content, without compensation or approval. All media becomes the property of SOLO Soccer. 4. Refund & Transfer Policy: All passes/tickets are non-refundable. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed sessions for any reason. Transfers to another eligible participant may be requested in writing no less than 48 hours before the first session. No same-day or post-event transfers are permitted. 5. Weather & Reschedules: Training is held rain or shine when safe. In cases of extreme weather (lightning, flooding, etc.), SOLO may cancel or postpone. While reschedules are not guaranteed, we will make every effort to provide a makeup session when possible. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes. 6. Conduct: Participants must follow instructions and behave respectfully. SOLO reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct or safety concerns. No refund will be given for removal due to behavior. 7. Agreement: By registering, you confirm you’ve read and accepted this policy. This agreement is governed by Texas law and applies to all SOLO Soccer and DOT WIN Foundation events.
